I send out all orders via Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service.

I post on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays (the days that the post van visits the village!)
Orders placed after 1:00pm on Wednesday will be posted on the following Monday. From posting the parcel, Royal Mail's tracked 24 service normally takes about 2 working days so, depending when you submit your order, you should receive your parcel within 1 - 7 days.

I’m currently only delivering to Scotland, England and Wales. I hope to extend this in the future.

Returns
To return an item, please contact us here.
We hope you will be very happy with your Woollen Wave knitwear, but if for any reason you are not, items you would like to return for an exchange or refund will be accepted within 14 days of delivery to you. Items returned outside of the 14 day period will only be accepted if they have been authorised by us first. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Your refund will be made by the same method used for the purchase.

You are responsible for the postage costs of returned or exchanged items, except in the unlikely event that they were faulty. Please only send items via a tracked method of delivery that requires a signature on arrival, as it is considered your property until it arrives with us, and we are not liable to refund or exchange it if it does not arrive.
The item must still have any labels attached and be in the same condition it was sent to you.
Once we have received the item and checked that it is in a re-saleable condition, we will refund or exchange the item.
We aim to process all returns within 48 hours of reaching us and will email or write to confirm when this has been done. We are not responsible for any charges that may occur from your method of payment when receiving payments.
You will be billed for postage cost of £4.95 for any exchange items before the item is sent.
